Deal - first blocking pass

Just thought it'd be fun to post the steps of my current animation project - before notes!  I always like looking back at what I did and where I went wrong, so here's the first pass pre-notes.

    Thanks :) Its more for the portfolio, my work is in flash now. This is a piece I'm doing with iAnimate :)
